| Extended care is available at ILM Academy main campus and the Early Childhood Center from 3:30 PM - 6:00 PM for $250/child per month. Extended care payments must be made by the first of every month with your child's school tuition payments. Daily drop-in rates are $25.00 per day. Late pick-up charges start after 3:20 PM (ECC) and 3:30 (IMC) Mon-Thur. Friday timings for late pick-up will start at 1:05 PM (ECC) and 1:25 PM (IMC). |

All charges billed must be fully paid by the 15th of the month, any parent account over 30 days unpaid will result in the withdrawal of the student from school. All tests, documentation, and Fees & Tuition requirements must be completed by the due dates. Defaulting on the amount due will result in the cancelation of the enrollment. Children on the waitlist will be given the opportunity to enroll. The student will have the option to enroll again if there is still space available in the grade after accommodating wait-listed students. |

| ILM Academy has two tuition payment plans, referred to as the ONE-TIME and TEN (monthly) payment plans. The ONE payment plan offers a tuition discount for pre-payment. The ONE payment plan requires a single payment on or before August 1st. To receive the 5% discount, full payment must be made by August 1st. Full payments made after August 1st will not receive any discount. The TEN payment plan requires ten payments, each on the 10th day of the month beginning July 1st and ending April 1st. |

A limited amount of Financial Aid is available - based on community sponsorship - to students who demonstrate financial need for grades Kindergarten to Grade 8th.
