Advanced and CISNA Accreditation

For the second time in less than two months, Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala has given us the opportunity to share a news of great significance with you. Alhamdulillah, today we received notification that ILM Academy has been conferred with AdvancED | SACS accreditation!

Thus, ILM Academy joins the league of schools who are nationally and internationally recognized for their quality programs and commitment to the process of continuous improvement. This is a significant milestone in the history of any school and we are humbled by this blessing from Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala.

We are also grateful to the tireless efforts of our dedicated and professional staff who worked hard and made personal sacrifices to help the school achieve this milestone. Their unwavering commitment to making the school better every day stands tall as an example of why our teachers and educators hold such high honor and regard in our hearts.

Such an achievement would not have been possible without major contributions by our volunteer organization who support the school in so many ways by providing valuable services that enhance the learning experience. We thank them as well for all that they do behind the scenes and on the front lines to ensure that our students receive the very best education that we can provide.

Finally, we are truly grateful for all the support, Dua and encouragement that we receive from our community. Every thing you do, no matter how small or big, helps us take that next step forward! And so we congratulate you and thank you sincerely for doing your part to making sure that ILM Academy continues to strive to achieving its true potential. The best is yet to come, Insha Allah.

Alhamdulillah! It is with great humility and joy that we share with you the great news that with the mercy and blessings of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala, the school closed on the property at 1200 Grimes Bridge Rd. today!

ILM Staff Presents at ISNA Ed Forum 2012

April 8th 2012 - ILM Academy staff member M. Arshad Anwar led a workshop on teaching Qur'an through technology at the 13th Annual ISNA Educational Forum in Chicago which was attended by Muslim educators from Islamic schools all across the US. Attendees were amazed by the presentation. The workshop demonstrates ILM Academy's commitment to embedding technology in our curriculum and teaching.

We thank all team members who helped in making the presentation a success. We hope to continue fostering a love of learning in our students by engaging them through innovative teaching methodologies.

ILM Facility is growing again!

June 1st 2011 - Due to strong enrollment and the addition of 4th grade, ILM Academy is adding another 3000 sqf to its currently facility. Construction will take place over the summer in our 'new wing' which will house 4 additional large classes, a pair of restrooms and a hallway cafeteria. The renovation is scheduled to be completed before the start of the 2011-2012 Academic Year in August 2011. The renovation brings the school's total square footage to 9135 sqf.
